We visited the store looking for ideas for our bathroom renovation project and are very happy to have Sam working with us to go through the options and what works/ what doesnt. Very knowledgeable and keeps us informed throughout the order process. There were hiccups from the items delivered (missing parts, wrong part sent) but Sam took care of the problems efficiently. Martine and Parisa were exceptional in helping me find the bidet, I ended up with the e930 and the purist 2in1 showerhead outstanding service paired with the brand to match. I hope they get the recognition they do deserve, there is no replacement for excellent workers. What stood out was they weren't about just upselling products but making sure the product I needed matched my design goals. I'll be back for sure!
My designer suggested we look at the Kohler showroom for my bathroom faucets and mirrors. Parisa Toussi helped us, she was professional in showing us the options and then gave us time to look around, and ordering/pick up was straightforward. One of my mirrors was defective out of the box, with a slightly dented frame. Parisa responded to my email right away and asked me to send the photos to Kohler customer service.
