The Kohler Store is a fun place to go - even if you do not need to buy today. We dropped in to take a look around and ended up ordering a new toilet for our powder room. Fatin gave us a tour of the showroom with complete explanations of the latest features in toilets, sinks and faucets. We were amazed by the technology! We saw the design room where you can match a rainbow of fixture colours with faucet finishes and vanity finishes. I had a great experience at the Kohler Showroom. Beautiful showroom with great displays and great consultations from account management professionals. They have the best quotes with each room specified with spec sheets included at the end for the contractors to view.
I came for my Bathroom and kitchen renovation. It was a seamless and smooth process. Great account managers, they managed my project in a very professional and efficient manner, we got all our items on time and with no issue. Definitely will recommend this place if you want luxury plumbing fixtures and outstanding service.
