Beautiful showroom with lots of craveable fixtures. Karma P. was incredibly helpful and patient in helping us price out our needs and consider various options and substitutions.
This store was welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. The store was very well laid out but the customer service was next to none! Shabnum assisted us right away and gave us so many options that we didn't even think of before. She has kept in contact in a timely manner and has explained things to us about upgrading our bathroom we never even thought of. I highly recommend this store!
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and the lack of product knowledge at this location. What has happened to customer service? It did exist in my generation, what happened to putting in the work for a sale and customer retention? It appears that it no longer an exists! I visited at the end of September to purchase a toilet. After looking at several models, I was told they also sell Toto products, so I decided on the Toto Drake. However, the staff could not provide the correct model or product information. ... read more
This is a good brand, but you might need to take the following into consideration: 1. Shipping is required for most items and can take up to 4 weeks. 2. Prices are higher than American brands. Thx
The Kohler Store is a fun place to go - even if you do not need to buy today. We dropped in to take a look around and ended up ordering a new toilet for our powder room. Fatin gave us a tour of the showroom with complete explanations of the latest features in toilets, sinks and faucets. We were amazed by the technology! We saw the design room where you can match a rainbow of fixture colours with faucet finishes and vanity finishes.
