We visited this location for bathroom fixtures. There was a variety of options in the showroom. The sales associate was very helpful and not at all pushy. The prices were generally not as high as MSRP listed on Kohler's website.
Kent provided us with an exceptional service. The fixtures we were looking for were out of stock in Vancouver so we sourced them out from the Toronto store and we had the good fortune of dealing with Kent. He promptly responded to all our queries and arranged for the shipping in the timeframe we requested. It was an easy and seamless process. Thank you so much Kent!
