Lori Smoot was so helpful from start to finish. Everything about our experience at Kohler was exceptional!
Saturday 11am, says they’re open but there’s clearly no one here. Doors locked, no note. Some blonde just walked in with bags as if she’d just been shopping, still can’t reach them by phone or doorbell. Waste of time, won’t be coming back. Clearly a poorly run establishment.
After a call from the store manager and a couple conversation later I would like to say that Miss Hall went out of her way to make up for inconveniences or poor service that I endured.
