Failed to pay enough attention to American Water heater. Installed water heater that had a face plate covering the elements that caused the pilot light to go off when it inadvertently made contact causing it to arc. Pipes installed were not insulated thus losing heat as water traveled from heater to bath. Also pipes knocking against inside framing construction....
