We enrolled our child and posted a deposit only to have KinderCare unenroll him days before the start of the school year. To add insult to injury, when we inquired about a refund for the deposit they told us it would take 7-10 business “WEEKS” to refund our deposit (presumably because they had already spent our money). I would avoid this daycare provider if at all possible, they are extremely unprofessional. Let’s start with Lauren and Ashley who are truly amazing. They are the face and voice of this facility and they do such a fantastic job! They’re very attentive, patient, helpful, and communicative, especially during this pandemic when those things are needed the most. The teachers (two year old rooms) are fun, exciting, patient and truly cares. Our little one has learned so much, and always comes home and says she played with friends and read books. KinderCare has been a great experience for our three kids! The care and attention they receive is excellent. The staff is keeps us up to date. KinderCare's app keeps us connected and informed throughout the day. The staff is professional and friendly. We highly recommend!
