In March, 2025, while at work, I had a heart episode. I lost consciousness, and hit my head against a wall as I fell to the ground. 911 was called. The care giver assigned to me Erica has zero empathy and has been the worst. If you have a choice pick someone else. She has no understanding of back pain or the ability to communicate with a patient. It is her way or the highway. Better yet I would say to stay away from APM period. During my 4 plus years being a patient they pushed injections for pain reduction that were totally ineffective. Check your bills also. Came in with kindney stone severe pain. 4am Was taken for blood and urine collection right away. CT ordered. Waited 2 hours, asked at desk how long to go back for treatment. Was told could be as long as 13 hours. Left to gut out at home.why bother going there again. Kidney pain is very severe and it was not my first one. Staff up please. Next time I will wait for urgent care to open.
I chose Aultman Woodlawn Rehab facility for Dick, unfortunately he wasn't able to stay in that program for very long, but while in their care he as treated with respect. Within several days he was transferred to hospice at the same facility. Again he was treated with respect and compassion that i.had hoped he would be. Not only was he treated well, the staff couldn't have been nicer and kinder to me. I would highly recommend Aultman Woodlawn Rehab and hospice facilities if needed.
2nd time completing a pre employment drug test. You wait around for 1.5 hours minimal. They take their sweet time taking appointments and the drug screens are made to wait. I'm familiar with how they rotate people and they aren't doing their jobs their. If appointments and exams are being completed then drug screens should be in rotation as well. They need to hire a proper staff or close the doors.
Wait, wait, wait... if you are coming here, plan to be here 1.5 hours plus. A couple people working, everyone else standing around. No one concerned with your time. All working at snail’s pace. A simple pre-employment urine test took 1.5 hours. Ridiculous!
