Enjoyed our experience with Lala. We are remodeling our bathroom and kitchen. Lala is knowledgeable about the products and gave us great feedback based on our needs. She's very responsive as well. Thank you Lala for making our Kohler shopping experience fun!

Previous experience post: We went to the showroom where Lala was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us products from sinks to backlit mirrors . While there, she even extended herself in transacting a.replacement shower wand through warranty, just by hearing us say that ours stopped working. Who does that?! Wow, what a fabulous experience at Kohler Experience Center my mother and I had remodeling her bathrooms. We worked with Miguel Reyes who was the most patient, knowledgeable and resourceful sales rep we could have hoped for. He didn’t blink an eye as my mom and I asked a million questions and went back and forth on our final choices. He even honed in on our banter as we discussed needs and issues amongst ourselves, and interjected with alternative solutions that solved our problems and check all our boxes. Worked with Patrick to order toilets for our home. He was wonderful!!! He was knowledgeable and patient as I asked a million questions and sat on every toilet. Will be back to order other fixtures from him.
