I had a wonderful experience shopping at Kohler West Hollywood. Rakee was so helpful over the phone. I told her what I was looking for and what my lead time was and we reviewed the items online over the phone together. Once I decided on the items, she quickly sent me a quote to approve and then received a link to pay for the items. I had originally ordered another product from a H.D. and didn't get the level of quality I really wanted so I returned them. Our designer specified Kohler fixtures. We were making comparisons and in the process came to the West Hollywood showroom . We were so fortunate to meet and get help from Linda Lim. Not only was she familiar with the options, her skill in design helped immensely . I am so appreciative of her guidance and knowledge . She took our list, helped refine and gave us comparable option. It was quickly changed and we were able to move the process quickly. She is a great value to customers and her company .
Walked in very clean nice gallery full of Kohler products all on display for me to play with and touch the sales person friendly explained how it all worked out.
Kohler is one of those timeless brands that I continuously rely on across both residential and commercial projects. I even have pieces from them in my own studio, and the performance and design integrity are consistently exceptional. I had the opportunity to visit their headquarters in Wisconsin, and the experience only reinforced how deeply they care about quality and innovation.
