My husband and I were starting to think about remodeling our main bathroom and went to the Kohler showroom in Culver City. We were in our grubbies and didn't look like serious shoppers but Charlie Brown was so friendly and helpful, treating us like valued repeat customers. Dallas at the Experience Store was incredibly helpful and was able to help us select everything we needed for our new place. He was highly responsive to emails and calls -- we would not have been able to complete our project without him!
Enjoyed our experience with Lala. We are remodeling our bathroom and kitchen. Lala is knowledgeable about the products and gave us great feedback based on our needs. She's very responsive as well. Thank you Lala for making our Kohler shopping experience fun!

Previous experience post: We went to the showroom where Lala was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us products from sinks to backlit mirrors . While there, she even extended herself in transacting a.replacement shower wand through warranty, just by hearing us say that ours stopped working. Who does that?!
