Greg is top notch in customer service. Best service for me. Soooo helpful. Ask for him at their 22 street location.
Bad customer service. They don’t return calls and don’t follow up on sales inquiries. I placed two orders wanting to place a third Can’t get anyone to help Also their website and front door in the showroom say open Sundays. Nope! It’s a lie.
I recently built a house and used Kohler. The quality of Kohler is great. My sales person was fantastic. He stayed on top of my order, the delivery, and helped with any chnage I needed throughout the process.
We were greeted by Tiana who was lovely. We met Shiv who helped us with fixtures, faucets, sinks, tubs, toilets, mirrors and lighting. All in all, a great experience.
