Hired this guy to fix a leak in my roof…he flashed it and sealed the rubber joints. The leak never stopped. A little under a year later after 6 months of asking him to come back, I hired an actual roofer, and when they tore the rubber roof off, here’s what they found. So Jesse had to literally step/kneel on that hole to put this flashing down and somehow that he fixed it. Hired this guy to fix a leak in my roof. He made the flashing look pretty, but never came back to inspect his work. He wanted to “wait for a big rain” first. He quoted me $700, then upcharged me $300 to seal more of the roof, and $300 to do the tiny bit of drywall that was damaged. Well 6 months later we finally got that big rain.
