Hired this guy to fix a leak in my roof. He made the flashing look pretty, but never came back to inspect his work. He wanted to “wait for a big rain” first. He quoted me $700, then upcharged me $300 to seal more of the roof, and $300 to do the tiny bit of drywall that was damaged. Well 6 months later we finally got that big rain.
