We had a recent occasion to deal with service from Kohler for a kitchen faucet repair. Their customer service was remarkably good, sending repair parts and instructions for effecting a repair. In the end, we could not repair the faucet because it was fused together. I was informed that the faucet had a lifetime warranty and they sent a new one to us. I was so pleased I had to review the experience and give kudos to the customer service people and the company. Many thanks.

About a kohlerr faucet about 5 years ago it says it has a lifetime guarantee of some sort it started leaking so I called the customer service number and it was so easy and they sent me the part to fix it 100% great. And when I called thete wasn't this big long rigmarole where they made me go to website or do anything weird it was super simple very very nice.
