They replaced and shipped a couple of parts I needed on warranty. The customer service was very friendly, efficient and hassle free. They stand by their pproducts.

We had a recent occasion to deal with service from Kohler for a kitchen faucet repair. Their customer service was remarkably good, sending repair parts and instructions for effecting a repair. In the end, we could not repair the faucet because it was fused together. I was informed that the faucet had a lifetime warranty and they sent a new one to us. I was so pleased I had to review the experience and give kudos to the customer service people and the company. Many thanks.
