This is something that everyone should notice about this store, if you want to buy their products, it is hard to change it back. because they will make all reasons not to take back. I went there to exchange my under mount sink to top mount sink .they refused to take it back because of the box have number written down accidentally by my contractor. I saw a review from a customer named Haru, and I had the exact same experience as her. When I first arrived at the store, no one greeted me. After browsing for half an hour, I had to actively seek out a salesperson to place an order. However, when I received my order, I found that the color was incorrect. We had the best experience here while trying to narrow down the decisions for our bathroom remodel. Sarah was so patient with us and answered all of our questions. Sarah also made sure to walk us through all the components we would need for the contractor on top of the items that we picked out. We would highly recommend this store and Sarah Loya!
I have had several great experiences at the Kohler Brea store. We started with one bathroom project in August 2024 and have been back several times working on two more bathroom projects. I have been working with Sarah Loya at the Brea Store. She is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable of her products and all the questions I have.
