had Kohler and green insurance for 5 years . I thought Kohler and green had my back. found out they don't represent the customer they represent the insurance company . I didn't know about RCV versus a ABV .I didn't know what that even was till my roofer told me what it meant I called my agency Brianne and she outright told me that insurance policy of RCV is a way to rip off insurance company so she don't have your back they got the insurance company's back .
