Kathy Keel recommended Kohl's Motors for work on my car. It's in Long Beach, Mississippi, about 20 miles away, but I decided to try them. Great place. We rode my wife's wheelchair bike to pick it up and thought we'd have to drive back with the trailer to pick the bicycle back up. Turns out "Pat", the owner, lives about 5 miles from us and offered to take it to his house when he returned home. THAT'S the customer service that keeps me coming back...
Do not be easily influenced my dear, consumer and proud, auto owner by all the bogus 5* ratings you see here on this page. All smoke and mirrors. Terrible, embarrassing, generic, extremely overpriced, and almost accident causing mechanical work performed. Third time is not the charm but another bill and the breakdown and near overheating was the cause of careless technicians. Even billed for the damn tow....please, get a second opinion! Pray for me while you're at it. Thank you.
