Dropped off my Mercedes for a scheduled appointment Monday to have a check engine light analyzed. No contact until I called for an update late Tuesday and was told that they hadn't gotten it in yet, but hopefully Wednesday. Again, no contact until I reached out late Thursday and was told that they still hadn't gotten it in but planned to Friday. I told them not to touch the car I'm coming to get it. Terrible place. Dropped car off Monday morning. Had to pick it up Thursday since they never looked at it. Took it to another shop in Gulfport and it was fixed immediately. No apology or explanation. Don’t waste your time or money here.
