After 2 months of living in kohina I found a infestation of termites in my kitchen. I submitted a warranty claim , and the best they wanted to do was spray my cabinets and that was after the pest control company said it was a serious issue that needed a serious solution . It was only after I complained, that DR HORTON wanted to get serious about the situation. The HOA or MGMT still haven't warned the condominium of the termite problem , after I told them too. What a dishonest and sneaky management team with no integrity.
