did my apartment "cleaning" friday morning, and i can assure you not a single thing was clean. moving is already stressful enough. it didn't help that we came into a huge mess while trying to unpack and get settled in. called them back in and my washer was left like this a second time
So far not a great experience. Friday, April 19 I call Kohen Cleaning around 11am, with hours ranging from 8am to 4:30 11 should be in the middle of the work day, yet was sent to voice-mail multiple times. Calling back at 4 I was finally able to set an appointment for Monday, April 22 at 1pm. The day of the appointment I call around 11 to confirm the appointment as well as to check if they accept cash or card and get a voice-mail. When 1pm arrives they do not and an hour and 7 calls later I have given up.
$1400 to clean a 1400 sq ft home. $1 a sq ft. that is 2x the national average. cheaper to fly in cleaners !
