I was submitted to the ER last week on my vacation with an anaphylactic state of being. I was cared for immediately and felt cared for. The team that night was professional, and the doctor seemed experienced and knowledgeable about my condition. Thank you Kohala ER!
This hospital took wonderful care of my son. Very compassionate, caring staff that goes above and beyond.
I am a travel nurse. We recently ended our relationship. In all fairness I must say my experience working with this Hospital was enjoyable. Senior management were fair all things considered. There were a few things that lacked professionally. Not enough to warrant a negative review. We are all learning and growing. I was especially impressed with Maria and Brian who both worked an overnight shift with me when staffing was low and no one was available to come in for overtime. No one communicated, listened, or seemed to care. Other than a select few. PT, OT, Nurse Zoey, and Edward. The kitchen couldn't decide if I was diabetic or not. So beware if you are needing services for a loved one or yourself.
