I was refused service today over the phone because the nurse that came out on Wednesday now refuses to drive her vehicle back down the main dirt road that’s a 1/4 mile long in my TINY subdivision. Her complaints; she had to negotiate past two junk cars on the two car wide road AND there was a fricken puddle which she didn’t know what was at the bottom and somehow her tire or wheel had a problem??
