Just finished spending 6 days at one of Kohala Coast Vacation Rentals condos (the Palm Villas, F22). My partner and I were involved in the Alaska Airlines fiasco which wrecked havoc on our original flight plans, arriving 2 days late. Outrigger was incredibly accommodating to our plight and put us at ease (Expedia, not so much, but that's another story). Condo was just ok. We booked through Expedia and were told one price. When we checked in and got the keys, we were informed of a $400+ cleaning fee that we were responsible for, but was not advertised on Expedia. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could

Picture aren’t what we got. We got a condo that was dingy and I would say had the appearance of being dirty. Quite dated and price absurdly to high for the condo we were put in. Also, we booked thru expedia and when we showed up Outrigger told us there was a property fee that was not in the Expedia price. So a surprise $440 property fee (which resort and property fees are always shown on Expedia at checkout, on the app and in the confirmation ema).
