Phenomenal care! I was vacationing when i needed UTI care. The staff and doctor were absolutely attentive. It was their closing time and they could have said come back tomorrow, but they didn't. Obviously, it made a huge difference to me. Again, phenomenal care!
TOURISTS BEWARE!! I visited the clinic last Oct 8th, they made me pay the whole bill up front even though they take my insurance. They billed the insurance and received payment TWICE, once from me AND from the insurance company. I am still trying to get my money back; it's been nearly 5 months and TEN EMAILS.... you can't talk to anyone and they just keep telling me it's been forwarded to management.
I can’t say enough about the amazing staff at this urgent care. I got there very late in the day, close to closing time, after losing a battle with some lava rock stairs and getting a good gash in my hand. Everyone was so kind and caring. Regardless of the clinic closing soon, no one was rushed or pushing me out the door. Natalia took such time cleaning my wound and made sure I had everything necessary for aftercare. I came in for an ingrown toenail and called ahead of time to make sure they were able to treat me based on my injury and insurance and well I understood that the treatment plan could vary based on the severity of the ingrown. I was told my insurance was covered after waiting and being seen I was told my insurance was not gonna be covered, but was not offered a solution like paying out-of-pocket and then later on found out that it was not about the insurance it was about not having the tools at the time and I was very patient... read more
This is a great service to have in this location. When I arrived without an appointment the professional but friendly women at the front desk explained that the cost was ($200) and why it had to be charge up front (out of network for most insurances) and wanted to confirm that I understood that and that I wanted to go forward with seeing the doctor.
