I joined Koha in May after having a less positive experience at another central city gym, and it’s been fantastic. They have a variety of machines, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s a really pleasant environment to exercise in, especially with the view of the river from the windows! The personal communication has been fantastic, and Nicky has been really lovely through my process of signing up and having my initial facility tour! Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and organised equipment and environment, great perks and deals with a membership, love the towel service, the only thing I’d say is that I wish they had more afternoon classes and had shower mats to prevent slippage

I can not emphasise enough how fantastic this gym is. Cleanliness wise, it is pristine and it never smells. The equipment is top notch and very modern, most sporting screens and ipads to help elevate or personalise your workout (eg, the treadmills/bikes/stairs have iPads you can log into and set up workouts or play games like angry birds/sudoku/cards and most other gear have rep counters).
