I do not recommend this facility. We received poor customer service while trying to schedule the appointments for my children by the receptionist. I did not get her name, but she’s the lady that’s on the speaker voicemail system. My children were referred to this facility by their pediatrician. At first, my husband called to schedule an appointment and he was told that the children needed to be a patient at Riverside medical center in order for our children to be seen at this clinic.
