THIRD EDIT: Kogi deleted their response to my review because they know that defending a chef for not washing their hands after taking a dump is inexcusable. Their reply is in the screenshot below… They should have been at the very least diplomatic. Was not impressed watching the sushi chef come out from the big stall and fully walk right past me and not wash his hands… will NOT be returning.
