Fantastic product and amazing customer service. I received my bottom bracket when expected on Friday night. I had a technical installation question the next morning at 7:30 eastern time on a Saturday. Left a message via the online chat on Kogel's website not expecting an immediate response on a weekend morning. Fifteen minutes later I had my answer. Thanks Kogel and sorry if I woke you up. Everything worked perfectly.
Ben was more helpful than I could imagine. I am always so skeptical about ‘chatting’ with a customer service agent when you click on that feature. Couldn’t have had a better experience on the phone with someone. Ben answering everything faster than AI and was incredibly pleasant. I have never actually shared pictures and talked about our latest Le Tour trip with a customer service person before. It was like I made a friend as well as got some great products too. Kudos Kogel !!
The only thing better than their products might be their customer service. These guys are so knowledgeable and effective, you won’t want to ever shop anywhere else, ever.
The guys at the Kogel booth at SeaOtter couldn't promise my son a podium if we put on new Kogel pulley wheels on his derailleur, but they did promise him that he would have the coolest looking and smoothest shifting bike in the race. They weren't wrong. He has put on about 400-500 miles on these pulley wheels since we put them on last month, and they still spin like they are brand new and still look very cool!!
These guys offer a reasonable priced but very high end product. Ben has been a great guy to work with and has caused me to change out all my BOttom Brackets and pulleys to Kogel. Can’t say enough about the product and people here .
