My process was very informative and helpful. Ben was tremendous to work with and I am very excited to get my BB.
Not a great customer experience. OSPW wheels do not spin as they should. Don’t waste your money. Evidenced by Kogels response below. Not very professional. I will posts videos of the poorly spinning wheels. Plus Kogel response is very creative - one story after another. Just do better Kogel.

We have two identical bikes (his and hers). We ride the same routes as was the case on Wednesday and experienced, ~5% improvement compared to the same route two weeks ago! Our bikes have Kogel wheel, bottom bracket and over size pulleys. Highly recommended.
