I believe this practice means well and they want to help but I feel lately the care has gotten worse and they have become more focused on being the best and lining their pockets andaren't giving their existing patients proper care. Dr Kogan is the single best experience I've had at the dentist in my entire life. So much so that I pay him out of pocket happily when I could go somewhere else covered by insurance. He's passionate. He listens. If you have a large dental project going on he SITS DOWN WITH YOU and talks over each step and creates the space for your fears and opinions.
