I walked in with a screw missing on my sunglasses and was totally surprised by the excellent customer service (with an extra smile). A job well done at no cost. Real customer service still exists at Kofsky Optometry!
Malcolm and the team at Kofski Optometry in Rose Bay have been amazing in helping with my long-term headaches and migraines. After recommending the Avulux lenses, I've noticed a huge improvement in reducing my discomfort. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about finding a solution. This is a five star review not from me but from my mother-in-law who was not charged by the team to replace a nose piece holder. They could’ve easily charged whatever they liked. Kindly fixed my bent glasses for free…..again!
I had an unfortunate accident at the gym where I dropped a plate on my glasses and snapped the arm clean off. I popped into Kofsky Optometry, and I’m so glad I did! Malcolm was incredibly kind and helpful—unfortunately, the frame couldn’t be repaired, but his team were able to carefully remove the lens and fit them into a new frame that was almost identical (and honestly even nicer and sturdier). The whole process took less than 15 minutes, and with my private health insurance, I barely paid anything out of pocket. Exception... read more
