Cutrently renting an apartment! Have had zero issues! Rent is fair pricing and space is large! Cant say enough good things about it :)

I happen to have a Koetje built home in Hudsonville but that's not the reason for this review. Dealing with Randy was a pleasure, he's a man of his word and helped me out with a poperty related project at his own expense when he legaly didn't have to. How often do folks go the extra mile like this? Good people!
