Disgusting company. They use cheap unqualified labor, blast music on their job sites before and after noise ordinance hours, and leave beer bottles and construction trash littering the curb.
High quality and attention to detail in their houses.
If the way they drive is any indication of their work I’d look somewhere else!!!
One of the best detail oriented builders in the Kansas City area. Their entire staff that I have worked with have always been committed to the customers satisfaction.
A shame some of these negative comments that don't relate. Our home project was exactly as described, the timeline as promised and the quality of craftmanship, in particular, what has always stood out with KOENIG.
