Sal and Mario were professional, knowledgeable plumbers who did quality work. They efficiently traced my AC drain clog, accessed it through my wall, and properly rerouted the line to my shower. Both were personable and easy to work with, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Sarah in the office was friendly and provided an accurate arrival window. Very disappointed. I chose this company because its supposedly family owned and been around for a long time. Had a water leak in my yard close to my water meter and irrigation box. Told me I could either pay 450 for a leak detection company or pay 300 for them to dig a 2x2x2 hole. I personally could see where the leak was coming from without digging a huge hole. We highly recommend Koen Plumbing. We had an issue with our toilet and they were out the next day. The plumber, Salvador was friendly and paid great attention to detail to fix our problem. Will definitely call Koen Plumbing again the next time we need plumbing services.
