Fun Environment and Friendly Staff This place always has fresh baked cookies everyday! There is a game room filled with vintage video games in the waiting room. My daughter loves coming here!
The staff are extremely friendly, the office is so much by providing games for kids to use while waiting for their appointment. Dr. Koen is very through in explaining his treatment plan with me and my son. I would highly recommend him. There is a reason why he has been practicing for 30 years. Go to someone who has the experience.
Dr Koen is the worst orthodontist - do not go to him. My child's teeth are worse than they were before she got braces. She had a tooth that would not come down and he never said that she would either have a space there or crooked teeth. Then he wanted to charge me more money because it was taking longer than he stated and she was getting frustrated. He is very passive aggressive in talking to people as well. Such a horrible man. 4 thumbs up for Dr. Koen and his staff!! Dr. Koen and his staff are extremely helpful and kind. They communicate very well with the children and the parents efficiently. The office is super clean and very kid-friendly. My kids love the video games, and I love that they have coffee and cookies for us grown-ups. Televisions mounted overhead and in view of the patients while getting their braces applied/tightened/removed makes the process much more enjoyable. Great Orthodontist Dr. Koen and his staff are the consummate professionals. The office is enormously kid friendly with jungle motif and a video game room. They do wonderfull work keeping kids teeth straight, and never like to remove teeth. You can trust your child's smile with Dr. Koen and his staff. I drive all the way from Mt. Juliet to Hendersonville for his excellent care.
