I was a patient with Koen back in 2024. I quit because my therapist moved. Since 2024 they have not once reached out to me about a balance they claim I owe. They never sent any statements in the mail, never tried calling me despite my phone number and home address staying the same. Instead, they tried to bill an old FSA card of mine without contacting me. Which I'm pretty sure is illegal considering I have not been a patient with them since 2024.
