They manage Wynnfield Lakes HOA and it looks awful! Dead grass and full of weeds for a year. Edging sidewalks looks like a kid did it. Irrigation system has been broken for months yet they promised that was their specialty.
Landscapers come every Friday and despite repeated requests, the people operating the leaf blowers continue to blow off top layer of to expose dirt leaving unsightly bare spots in the yard.
Called and spoke to a manager who stated they would be out "today" to fix the issues and nobody has showed up. It has now been over a month. I will need to go to the BBB now.
Called to advise of property damage and was told you would be back out to fix it today. Nobody showed and it is now after hours. Your crew damaged property here and need it fixed or we will escalate the matter.
For some reason these scholars decided to use a leaf blower to blow all of the natural ground cover of pine needles and leaves from a big patch of ground at the end of my corridor. Apparently when I step off the cement, they want me to slide in mud when taking my dog out back to pee then have us track the mud in on my tan carpets. -Maybe they are new to Florida and don't know it rains here everyday.
