We had Koehn Building Systems do a remodel of City Hall for the City of Rich Hill. As with any remodel you will have unexpected repairs come up. They communicated every issue and helped guide us into making the best and most affordable decision. Scheduling all the work to keep the office open was also another hurdle but the project was completed with minimal office closure time. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them for your construction projects.
