Excellent customer service. We had an issue with one window almost 3 years after installation. Toby the owner reached and and got us a replacement in a timely manner. He even came with the installer to help with the installation and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company and they will get all of our future business as well. Thank you for being an honest company who stands behind their work and products.
We had new windows installed by Koehler. We did interview few companies and decided on Kohler. We had clear time line how long it would take from purchase to installation, and they stayed on track. installers were very professional, worked quickly and always clean right away after every window the removed. It was great experience.
