Amazing people amazing builder hope to do more with them. The quality and stages I see them do no one else does.
I am in the process of replacing all the stucco on my house (5000+ sq. feet) due to Koehler's poor construction. We tried contacting them and they never responded. The house is only 13 years old. Prior to this we have also had to replace both heating and air units because the size of the units was inadequate for the size of the house. I''m sure there are worse construction companies out there . . . I've just not heard of one.
Always a quality home - start to finish. Cabinets always built to each homeowner's specs.
