Car broke down on Saturday morning while driving on I-84. Called my insurance company who gave me the phone number for this business and said they were open until 5. Tried to call but the number on file and on the sign outside the business, but the number was disconnected. So I limped my car over to the business only to find a locked door and no one around at 2:30 in the afternoon. Still stranded in Pendleton until Monday.
To Heather Merritt..sorry you are stranded in Pendleton over the weekend. We enjoyed being open on the weekends at Koehler Auto Repair Service the 20 years we were in business. Obviously we are no longer in business as our KARS GUY, my hubby, moved to heaven in December 2017. The business in our building now is Pendleton Safe Lock and Key. If I could answer your review personally, I would, but this Google business page doesnt allow me to access it any longer. So, hopefully, you will find someone to help you on Monday.

Great customer service! They were very responsive to our needs, and fixed our truck very quickly! Was passing through Oregon on our way back home, when our car broken down. KARS was quick to order us the needed parts and within a day they fixed all necessary problems. I would recommend KARS to any of my friends and family!
