Horrible Customer Service This must be the worst place to stay in LBI! It's such a rip off and the customer service is just BAD! I'll never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.â
Do Not Stay There! Can I give minus 5 stars? Terrible experience in every aspect! The bad memories keep lingering after all these months. They charge an extra $100 per night for the ocean view. Donât bother â you wonât get any ocean view. We paid $600 for 2 nights! I couldnât even get a glimpse of the ocean â only the dirty parking lot. Just like someone said: overpriced and dingy. Newly reovated hotel I stayed here before it was renovated and after. The renovations made a world of difference. The prices are reasonable, especially for beach front on LBI. The service is good and you are in the middle of everything on LBI.
