Rented for 17 years. Was supposed to be offered up for sale at 15 years. After waiting 2 years past time they sent me the letter offering the house and purchase price. Was supposed to be able to close May 1st. I was ready on my end. They delayed the sale by 8 weeks. They still required me to pay rent holding my $1000 deposit hostage even though the delay was their fault.
