Kodiak has done a couple projects for us in recent years and we have always been thrilled with the results! They finished our basement as well as rebuilt our outdoor shed to better utilize the space. The owner, Chad, and his team are professional, respectful, and really easy to communicate with. They take the time to answer your questions and really make you feel at ease. We would definitely use them again for any future projects. Highly recommend!
I have hired Chad on 2 separate occasions for a variety of projects including: an entry-way closet remodel (converted to bench with storage), kitchen backsplash demo and re-do, deck re-stabilization with new railing, and bathroom demo and remodel. I have consistently found his work to be very well done (structurally and esthetically). He is very communicative and timely with his jobs. Overall, I would highly recommend Chad. Will update with photos when I remember to take them.
We had our upstairs updated and our basement finished and I couldn't be happier with Chad and his team, theyre amazing people and did such an incredible job on our home, I will be recommending them to everyone i know :)
We recently had a whole new shower system installed to upgrade our bathroom. We worked with Chad and his team of selected trade specialists and WOW what a fantastic job!
