I sold this business last year.
I've had Dan at Kodiak doing my plumbing repairs for years and have no complaints at all. He's done everything from fix a leaky drain caused by a loose P trap that I couldn't reach to relocating and replacing a sewer line that was failing. I felt like all his bills were very reasonable for the work he's done. He is also great at juggling his schedule and getting to a job right away if it's an emergency situation.
I had Kodiak pluming come out to my house and repair a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink and the very next day my dishwasher started leaking water. First off they did not even call me while they were doing the service to confirm what is going on, or the price. Then I tell them the next day that the dishwasher started leaking water and they sent someone out to check it out.
