We’ve been living at Kodiak LeGrande Apartments for the past year, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The community is well maintained, quiet, and a great place to live. Our landlord/manager, Doreen, is amazing she’s always professional, responsive, and helpful with any questions or needs we’ve had. She truly cares about the residents, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend living here!

I have been living with my family for more than year already. This apartment community location is nearby to all good rating school. In-fact, the zip is for Sunnyvale but it comes under CUSD. Moreover, all the shopping/grocery stores are near by. Personally, i always like living close to my work and within the good school district rating. so, i end up renewing my lease here.
