The Kodiak. Crew was in today to do the property lawn cutting. Simply amazing coordination with each other. The job was completed in no time at all and was so much better than the previous lawn Care people I had. These guys are meticulous in their work, doing a walk about after to inspect the job. It was a pleasure to watch professionals at work. Thank you Clyde
Update after one month: After I posted my original review, Kodiak did reach out and offered over-seeding, which I purchased. They also told me the next round of weed control would happen in two to three weeks, but I haven’t seen anyone come by, and the weeds still look just as bad. There is some slight improvement from the overseeding, but overall the lawn still looks poor. See photo below for how it looks nearly a month after my first review. I purchased weed control and fertilizer services from Kodiak Lawn Care, but the results have been disappointing. My lawn is very small, yet after nearly two months, there are still visible weeds and several patchy, bare areas where the grass didn’t grow well. I called to ask about a reapplication, but they told me to wait another three weeks. It’s hard to believe such a small lawn can still look like this after treatment.
