Do not hire this company. Bob was never on the job site during work. Only his hired workers. He only showed up to write up estimates which were not honored. I was overcharged by 4000 over estimate. He didn't even offer a cheaper way to do the pavers without so much cutting that I would have done. But he only told me after the fact. I told him over and over on how one area had to be done around pool equipment that was ignored. Then he charged me to redo his mistake. Third project, paver patio, done by the amazing staff at Kodiak. Every one has exceeded our expectations. From the quote process to the install, the friendly and professional staff were amazing. Attention to detail was much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable landscaper and responsive. 4 stars because we had to replace a handful of arbor vitae several months after they were originally planted.
Disappointed! More than a handful of arbor vitae trees died shortly after Kodiak planted them. We reached out to Bob several times asking for replacements or even fertilizer and we were brushed off. The disappointing part was that the whole situation could have been avoided if he stopped after he hit rock when planting began. He planted over our former retaining wall and he didn’t advise us that trees shouldn’t be planted there and just went ahead.
