We've worked with Kodiak multiple times at this point, but this project is our new favorite! They did a phenomenal job. We continue to recommend to all our friends and family!
This is our second big project with Kodiak over the past few years. If you look at the before pictures, we had a messy unusable back yard and we didn't have a lot of ideas. Bob has incredible vision and what he came up with just knocked it out of the park. And his team that does the implementation is awesome. They are perfectionists! We are so happy with the everything: the reasonable price, the amazing results, Bob's ease to work with and his friendliness, etc. etc. etc. You can't go wrong with Kodiak.
Do not hire this company. Bob was never on the job site during work. Only his hired workers. He only showed up to write up estimates which were not honored. I was overcharged by 4000 over estimate. He didn't even offer a cheaper way to do the pavers without so much cutting that I would have done. But he only told me after the fact. I told him over and over on how one area had to be done around pool equipment that was ignored. Then he charged me to redo his mistake. Third project, paver patio, done by the amazing staff at Kodiak. Every one has exceeded our expectations. From the quote process to the install, the friendly and professional staff were amazing. Attention to detail was much appreciated. Definitely recommend.
