Kodiak is AMAZING, and it starts at the top!! Jill is all about her customers!! She and her team came into a mess from a previous contractor with a ductless 2-head, mini-split system on the ground level of our home. The units were only 2 years old when we started having major problems with them, and they ultimately failed at 3.5 years old.
