Brilliantly managed Co-op. 34 year member - no complaints
After moving to different state the owners of the place we were staying in took over the electric bill payments. But after months of not living there and having the owner of the property pay, KEA is STILL sending me a bill. And on top of that late fees! Even after the owner pays! After talking with them multiple times and telling then I'm no longer the bill payer they STILL send me bills. Bunch of money greedy folks double dipping. Totally incompetent in listening too. If I could give zero stars I would.
In my 22 years of living in Kodiak my water sewer bill and trash bill have doubled +. My electric bill has hardly budged. This is a well managed co-op
