They shut our electric off trying to say we were 3 months behind. Our bill is low so we pay 2 months at a time most of the time. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN 3 MONTHS BEHIND! so instead of paying the $68 we owed, they exstorted almost $500 from us. YOU SUCK!
Emp[oyee 14 yrs, shop stu same.retired, One person on phone to handle entire company. Easy. Now I have to wait on 'press one. press two, press one again, etc. Then when I finally get to my (unknown) destination, she,he,it, hangs up on me. Is disgrace to have lost that personal touch for such a small coop as we are and I think this is an example of why so many young people are unemployed. Otherwise good working crew, once upon a time.
Anyone can call and change the bill into there name without an ok from the owner or the renter. It's not right to change in that way. Come on KEA get it together. I don't want my one renter to get stuck with the bill from my other renter. Do better KEA!
