2024 There is nothing redeemable about this contractor AT ALL.****** knowingly lies and has no defense when called on the lying. None of the promises he made were kept. He overcharges but because he promised to have the project done quickly so the property could be sold, I thought I was saving money by not having the carrying cost of the property. ****** me for believing his lies and promises. Robert is honest, dependable, and on budget. We would definitely hire him again. He under promised and over delivered on our back porch bbq... it was completed in one week! We are extremely happy and cannot wait to get busy grilling!

We had Robert put a roof on our house three years ago this coming August. His work was completed on time, cleanup was immaculate and I would hire him again. I also had him repair a leak in the front of my house which another contractor had previously claimed to repair , after Kodiak's repair have had no more problems. I highly recommend Robert and his employees.
