The worst experience ever! Was going to build a new house for us, but breached the contract by taking off in the middle of winter! Everything that was done on the house needed to be re done by professional people! He is not and his people that he hired are not qualified to build anything! He hired people off the street with no experience and actually were physically and mentally not capable of doing the Job! He was never to supervise them either! Amazing experience dealing with Kodiak, my job was completed on time and within my budget.
Based on our experience with Kodiak Construction, I would caution anyone who is contemplating working with this company. We had several issues with Kodiak, including, but not limited to: 1. They started the project approximately a month and a half after the date we had discussed and throughout the project they regularly did not show up to complete work on the agreed dates. 2.
