We received bids from several contractors for our job, which required (1) the removal of existing flagstone, dead grass, and junipers, and (2) installation of approximately 1100 sf of pavers and two low retaining walls. Kodiak excavated my old lawn that was ruined by drought and roots from neighboring redwood trees. They poured a large stamped, stained and reinforced patio to combat future redwood roots and conserve water. Also had them install a fire pit and curbing for flower beds. David and his crew were great. They did quality work and were very responsive and adaptable as the project evolved and presented us with unforeseen challenges. I highly recommend Kodiak for landscaping concrete work. I would most definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Kodiak Construction. Work was a concrete driveway extended to circular driveway and pavers installed to the front entryway. I'm highly recommending David, Kristina, and their tradesmen for many reasons: 1) Professionals with seriously high standards. They were the only company who could match the elevation of the existing driveway, existing pavers, and keep a drainage slope. 2) Communication before, during, and after the job was excellent.
