Nice place. Tried 3 times to talk to a manager, 2 emails. No cleaning policy posted. Confusing. Update, tried them again for a 6 night stay late September. Still no room cleaning, nothing posted for policy. Was told by front desk to leave card on door for room to be cleaned. Left at 7:30 am with card out for two days nothing. Had to ask for towels and carry my own trash out. Never received a response from last stay.

When I went to the front desk to discuss this issue, the clerks were completely baffled on what the problem was. Unrelated, but similar the bartender was also not a great representative. I always think it’s a shame when a hotel that has a great location relies on that provision instea... read more
