Kodiak picked up and cleaned three carpets. One was a Chinese wool antique that was very dusty with embedded dirt and had never been cleaned. Kodiak washed it a number of times and didn't tumble it - experience told them it needed to be treated carefully. The colors came out brilliantly and the carpet has been restored. The other was a very dirty Pier Import carpet. The colors are now so vibrant I'm wondering if the chair that sits on it is still a good companion piece. Had them pick up and drop off some oriental rugs to clean. Person on phone was friendly, they did a great job, and the price was right.

I had an appointment at 27th with a different company who decided not to show in panic I found Kodiak carpet care they assured me unlike last guys they would be there. I made appointment for 30 at 2. Perfect can get carpets done just before inspection of my apartment for moving. Day before I give birth and I send my mom to wait for carpet guy. No one shows. I call and apparently my appointment was never put in the books. So best they could do was 5 pm next day but my inspection was for morning so lost my damage deposit. I do... read more
